Carbonsafe Submits Its First Communication on Progress (CoP) to the United Nations Global Compact

Carbonsafe has successfully submitted its first Communication on Progress (CoP) to the United Nations Global Compact. Following the submission, the company was granted “Active” status, fulfilling its first official reporting obligation as a participant in the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative.

Carbonsafe joined the United Nations Global Compact in 2025, committing to implement and promote the initiative’s Ten Principles in the areas of human rights, labour standards, environmental protection, and anti-corruption.

The Communication on Progress (CoP) is an annual public report through which participating companies disclose information about their policies, actions, and achievements related to sustainable development. The report is submitted via a standardized digital platform, ensuring transparency and comparability of data across all participating organizations.

In its first CoP, Carbonsafe presents information on its corporate governance, policies on ethics and integrity, measures to protect human rights and labour standards, as well as its activities related to the development of carbon farming and the sustainable management of soil resources. The report also reflects the company’s commitment to transparency, responsible governance, and the continuous improvement of best practices.
