The farm is located in the Northwestern Region of Bulgaria, in the town of Oryahovo and Selanovtsi village, Oryahovo Municipality, Vratsa Province.
The farm grows annual cereal crops, alfalfa, pastures, mixed annual crops, maize for silage, and barley.
