The agricultural holdings are located in the Northwestern region of Bulgaria, in the village of Drenov, Lovech Municipality, Lovech Province.
The first farm cultivates alfalfa, winter soft wheat, and sunflower.
The second farm cultivates barley, winter soft wheat, sunflower, and corn for grain.
