The farm is located in the Southeastern Region of Bulgaria – Izvor village, Tvarditsa village, Burgas Municipality; Rosen village, Sozopol Municipality, Burgas Province.
The farm grows barley, sunflower, grain maize, soft wheat, and rapeseed.
