By implementing techniques like cover cropping, crop rotation, and reduced tillage, farmers in the area are working to sequester carbon in the soil, improving biodiversity and resilience to climate change. This project will not only help mitigate emissions but also provide economic benefits to local farmers through the generation of carbon credits.
